Emarat's lubricants are blended from high quality 100% virgin base oil in the MELUBCO plant in Jebel Ali, Dubai, and have acquired a reputation for uncompromised quality.

Emarat oils are formulated to meet API, ILSAC, GSO, ACEA, ASTM and JASO standards. They are manufactured in a plant certified to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, OHSAS 18001:2007 and IATF 16949:2016 and have received ESMA certification.

Power Marine

Power Marine TCW-3 is an outboard two cycle engine oil formulated from high-performance base stocks and premium quality additives. This is specially designed for 2 stroke gasoline water-cooled outboard engines. The ash-less additives ensure freedom from spark plug fouling, pre-ignitions and deposits. Ultra Cool

This is an Ethylene Glycol based engine coolant concentrate specially formulated with special chemical agents to provide a high degree of protection – against corrosion for the metal and alloy components in the cooling system with specific reference to aluminium. It is harmless to rubber and does not foam or clog radiators.

Industrial lubricants

Hydra Max

Hydro Max Hydraulic Oil are excellent quality anti-wear hydraulic oil developed for use in a wide variety of industrial and mobile hydraulic system applications. It is formulated to provide excellent wear protection for hydraulic pumps and motors and protect the hydraulic system components against wear and corrosion. And they are blended from highly refined base stocks and specially selected base stocks to provide superior oxidation stability, excellent demulsibility and very high load-carrying ability.

Gear Max SP

Gear Max SP, Industrial Gear Oils are premium quality, heavy-duty industrial gear oils specially formulated for circulation and bath lubrication systems of spur and helical type of industrial gears. It is formulated with a sulphur – phosphorus additive system, which also imparts rust and oxidation inhibition, corrosion and oxidation inhibitors and metal passivator. The additives are compatible with the ferrous and non-ferrous metals used in industrial gear units.

Press Max RCP

Press Max RCP is specially developed to provide good lubrication to reciprocating air compressors and are suitable for compressors with air delivery temperature up to 220 C. These oils are exceptionally stable and leave minimal carbonaceous deposits.

PressMax RTY oils are specially developed to provide good lubrication to rotary air compressors and are suitable for compressors with air delivery temperatures up to 220 C. These oils are exceptionally stable and incorporate ashless additives.These oils meet DIN 51506 VDL and ISO DP 6521 for mineral oils. These oils exhibit excellent results in Pneurop Oxidation test (POT) as per DIN 51352 part 2, indicating low carbon residue figures.

Meta Max

Cutting fluids play a vital role in accelerating the production rate by enabling increased rates of metal removal, and by reducing or eliminating problems associated with severe and hazardous machine operations. Meta max oil gives white emulsion with antibacterial chemicals, coupling agents and additives controlling rust and corrosion. Meta max is suitable for all metals and machinery operations where emulsifying oils are used for cooling.

Marine lubricants

Bahar 630

EmaratBahar 630 is a high-performance marine system oil for low speed marine diesel cross head engines running on residual fuel. Outstanding thermal and oxidation stability and detergency is also suitable for plain bearing of turbo chargers, shaft bearings, stern tube and seals. The combination of detergency and the excellent oxidation stability provide clean piston interiors where oil is used for cooling.

Bahar 1230/1240/1250

EmaratBahar 1230/1240/1250 are high-performance trunk piston engine oils having Base No 12 for use in medium-speed marine engines working with ISO 8217 type DMA/DMB/DMC fuels where there is a requirement for CF/CD diesel detergency. It is also suitable for the lubrication of most marine engine reduction gears and general lubrication.

Bahar 4040/4050

EmaratBahar (Base No 40) is a marine trunk piston engine oil developed for use in a wide variety of medium speed trunk piston engines operating on residual fuels. The product is compounded from high-quality mineral base oils with an additive system incorporating high detergency (BN 40) for alkaline reserve. This elevated detergent system provides excellent engine cleanliness by reducing the risk of sludge formation in the crankcase and under valve covers.

EmaratBahar 7050 is a new generation cylinder lubricating oil specially developed for use in heavy-duty slow speed crosshead diesel engines. It is formulated from high-quality base stock and additives with the 70 TBN alkalinity level to provide the necessary performance characteristics for cylinder lubrication of marine diesel engines operating on high sulphur residual fuel containing sulphur content of 3% wt or more.

Brake Max

Emarat Brake Max is a high-quality, non-mineral fluid based on glycol ethers, and is formulated specifically for hydraulic brake systems. Its relatively high boiling point assures that it is safe for use within the brake system and can be mixed with other brake fluids with similar specifications.

Flush Max

Emarat Flush Max is formulated from premium light viscosity base stock for flushing the engines or machinery in the oil draining process to remove residues prior to refilling with new lubricant.
