STAFF TRAINING
The Franchisee and their appointed manager will receive up to six weeks of intensive training. Franchisee staff will receive up to four weeks of training in dedicated training facilities as well as on the job
OPERATIONS
Regular visits will be made by an experienced field representative to ensure the operation is running smoothly and specialist support teams for each brand can provide any assistance that may be required.
COMPREHENSIVE TRAINING AND OPERATIONS MANUALS
Our manuals have been designed to provide a basis for ongoing training as well as provide answers to intermittent operational issues and questions.
SITE SELECTION AND SHOP FITTING
The Franchisee is provided with comprehensive guidelines to assist shop selection and ultimately all locations have to be approved by the franchisor.
MARKETING
The Franchisee will participate in at least six major promotions annually as part of the corporation’s network, in addition to a constant supply of marketing support materials..
POINT OF SALES SYSTEM
Systems and IT are the heart of every modern retail business. The corporation has invested heavily in IT to ensure strong support and relevant data for the franchisee.
