Emarat Honors 27 Students Who Have Successfully Finished Their Training at the Corporation |

Emarat, in the presence of HE Mohammed Ghanem Al Flasi, Deputy General Manager (Finance & Human Resource), honored 27 students who had finished their summer training in various departments at the Corporation.
During the honoring ceremony, HE the Vice President expressed his deep appreciation and vast pride in the students who had ended their training program at Emarat, as he praised their sense of responsibility and their efforts to fill their free time with useful activities that can contribute to further enhancing their future practical life. And he further praised their enthusiasm and the hard efforts exerted to undertake their tasks with great efficiency.
He also said that Emarat pays great attention to the preparation of intensive training programs in its different departments, and these annual programs and courses are aimed at the students of schools, colleges and universities, all within the Corporation's commitment and belief in the importance of developing and preparing young national human resources.
And about the programs which are prepared by the Corporation, HE said that Emarat works on providing a comfortable training environment which enables the trainees to mingle in the daily work atmosphere, to carry out their tasks and job requirements, in addition to sponsoring and assessing their progress continuously to ensure their commitment and that they are acquiring experience and skills that could improve their efficiency and qualifications after their graduation.
Dr. Mohammad BuQufell, Manager, Career Development at Emarat, said that Emarat is always concerned with serving and developing the different social sectors, including schools, colleges and universities, and that the Corporation tries to attract students to its summer training programs that are aimed to develop their experience and to help them acquire the skills that are important for their practical life, in addition to investing in their free time.
He also added that the training program for the current year focused on the practical aspects of work, as it allowed the trainees to deal directly with the employees at the Corporation, in addition to the clients. The program also permitted the students to inspect the different tasks and procedures of daily work and to come face to face with the urgent problems and their solutions. Dr. Bu Qifl also said that this training program gives the trainees an opportunity to join the Corporation in the future.
From their side, the students expressed their happiness with the opportunity that was provided to them by Emarat to gain from training in its different departments. They also praised the cooperation and support they got from the employees of the Corporation who provided them with all the help they needed during the different training phases. They further said that they intend to benefit from every summer vacation.
The students said that their experience was very enriching; especially that it was provided by a pioneering corporation which enjoys experiences that are not easy to find in other establishments. This fact helped them in visualizing the nature of the jobs that they would like to have after graduation. Also, getting to know the daily work atmosphere was very important, as it provided the trainees with a valuable opportunity to know the different tasks and jobs at the Corporation, the problems that are related to them, and the approaches to find solutions for them.
