Two New Fast Track Centers Set up in Dubai
As part of its commitment to provide its customers with the best quality service, HE Rashid H. Al Shamsi, General Manager of Emirates General Petroleum Corporation, inaugurated two new Fast Track service centers for the repair and maintenance of vehicles at Emarat Wejdan and Bin Hendi service stations in Dubai. This increases the number of Fast Track Centers to five in total.

According to HE the General Manager, who is also the Chairman of the Board of Fast Track, these two new centers are the result of a successful partnership between Emarat and World Automotive Group. This partnership started back in 2003 for the launch of a wide network of quality and unique services that are characterized by providing quick and highly professional car repair and maintenance services through qualified and highly trained mechanics, using the latest and most up-to-date technologies.
He added that Fast Track service aims at positioning itself among the quality service provided by Auto dealers’ workshops and other reputed car maintenance repair shops. He explained that this service targets most car makes & models.

He said that Fast Track has already established a brand name and a foot print in the vehicle service sector based on a professional and modern concept that inspires trust and quality. He also added that with the opening of these two new centers, their number increases to five located in various Emarat service stations in Dubai. These stations have been carefully and strategically selected to enable extending this service to a large segment of customers.

On the other hand, Mr. Ahmad Ayyash, Fast Track General Manager, explained that Fast Track services are considered to be the second best choice after auto dealers’ workshops. He pointed out that these services are not only targeting individuals, but also to corporate fleets.
He highlighted that the two new centers represent, together with the existing three, another complete circle of services provided by Emarat at its various service stations, mainly the new generation ones. He indicated that Fast Track centers provide a unique and distinguished concept based on quick, quality service by skilled technicians. These services are provided while the customer enjoys the luxury of a comfortable environment without the need to make early bookings. He reminded that Fasttrack offers genuine parts and handles most of car makes & models.
He said that Fast Track Centers provide a wide array of car repair and maintenance services, including brakes, air-conditioning, electrical, steering wheel and suspension. This is in addition to general maintenance, lube, filter and also tyres change.
Mr. Ayyash concluded that the new Fast Track Center at Bin Hendi service station is located on Sheikh Zayed Road in Al Qouz area, next to the Gold and Diamond Park; while the other – at Wejdan – is located on Beirut street opposite Qusais police station.
